Terms of Service

By using PapaParrot at https://papaparrot.com, or by purchasing access, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. PapaParrot is operated by syncGOODS Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “us”).

PapaParrot is a digital learning product intended for children ages roughly 6–9 under the supervision of a parent or legal caregiver. Purchases must be made by adults (or by someone authorized to pay). You are responsible for supervising how children use the app on your devices.

PapaParrot provides story-based learning experiences (including reading, math, science, and social-emotional practice) delivered as software over the internet. Content, voyages, and features may change as we improve the product. We sell our own digital product only. We are not a marketplace and do not facilitate payments to tutors, creators, or other third-party sellers.

Much of the experience runs in the browser. A display name and progress may be stored on the device. Full access after purchase is unlocked on the device used to complete checkout (and any devices where you complete the unlock success flow). We may offer additional account or multi-device options later; until then, treat unlock as device-based access to digital content.

Paid access is sold as a one-time digital purchase for full voyage access as described on our Pricing page. Launch or promotional pricing (for example $9.99) may differ from the standard listed price ($19.99). Prices are shown before you pay. Taxes may apply depending on your location and the payment tools we use.

Payments are handled by a secure third-party processor. By paying, you also agree to that processor’s terms as applicable to cardholders.

When you purchase (or when we grant free preview access), we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use PapaParrot for private, non-commercial family or household use. You may not reverse engineer, resell, scrape, or publicly rehost our content except as allowed by law.

You agree not to:

• Abuse, disrupt, or overload the service
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or other users’ data
• Use the service for unlawful purposes
• Misrepresent your identity when contacting support or paying

We may offer free preview content. Free access can change or end. Paid features require a valid purchase or authorized unlock.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In short: contact us if something went wrong with payment or access and we will work in good faith to resolve it.

PapaParrot supports learning practice and is not a substitute for school, licensed education, or professional care. The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific learning outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, syncGOODS Solutions Pvt. Ltd.is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for a claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
